Palate: Super rich caramel & brown sugar.

On palate there is a thick rising cherry, some citrus coming in early with a thick cream.

Palate: Instant attack of sweet cherry, caramel, pepper and peanut.

Palate: Lemon peel at the start followed by a big wave of clove I was expecting. There's a perfumed floral characteristic that flashes across my palate briefly, causing a raised eyebrow

Palate: Bright pear transfers well from the nose.

Palate: At first sip I'm greeted by soft caramel chews, sherry and nilla wafers.

Palate: First sip is a pepper spice attack on the surface of my tongue.

Palate: My first sip is quite delicate given the proof with classic bourbon cherry leading the charge

Palate: Oh wow. Incredibly rich first sip.

Later in the glass the palate really starts to shine and the nose starts to take a bit of a back seat Palate: Wow, that is incredibly vanilla forward on the first sip of the day.

Palate: Immediate citrus and cherry punch that spreads out, leaving a nice caramel mouth coating.

Palate is super rich with a great mouth feel. Syrupy cherry peanut transfers well from the nose.
