My palate was pretty weathered by that many sips, so ultimately the ranking was a bit of a coin flip.

Palate: Yum, yum, yum! That first sip was a complete 180 from the nose. The slight metallic feel I had early on in the nose transferred now to the palate as well.

Palate improves markedly with creamy thin vanilla mouth coating soaking in a light cherry.
