I have had two glasses from this bottle prior to get to know it a little bit and make sure my tasting Searing heat will greet your nose if you dive a little too deep, but before the flames devour your senses I'm certainly still very grateful to have a bottle of this and I look forward to seeing how it evolves

A little headspace for air in this bottle has done very well to tame the clove note and allow other notes The finish is quite short with little flavor following the main event.

I wish it was a little more rich than dry given how intense and proofy this pour is, but it's a solid If you blinded me and told me this was a new Booker's batch I'd probably believe you!

At times both simple and complex - I'd recommend this product to someone who either hasn't tried Booker's Bourbon yet and wants to know if the price will be worth it, or someone who likes Booker's and needs am quite tired today after a long day of home construction work, and this pour was just what I was looking I think I'll have another before settling in a little early tonight!
