Palate: Lower proof than the nose suggested. Dusty, creamy caramel transferred well. Palate is getting a little weathered here.

Palate:  Thick and creamy with a dough-like quality that dances across the tongue.

Palate: My first sip is definitely banana forward. A larger sip and swish is incredibly easy on the palate yet still bursting with flavors of lemon peel

Palate: My first sip is creamy up front before dried red berries pop up all throughout the mouth.

Palate: Mmm. A perfect dessert selection (which is what I chose it for) presents itself right away.

Wow, a ton of that lemon zest and dill on the palate.

Palate: Whew, that's a powerful first sip of the day! While the nose had many fun nuances, the palate is pretty one dimensional here, leaving a bit to be desired

Palate: Subtle sweet (my kind of sweet) with plum, cherry, raisin and dates leading the charge with some Molasses shows well on the palate as well as the nose.

Palate: Delectable funky fruit kick things off.

Palate: Instant thick apricot cream. Big first mouth coating.

Palate: A nice cherry forward profile greets me immediately.
