Another taste rings in a nondescript fruit basket.

It's incredible how similar the tasting notes ended up on this one when I look back at batch 1 now. Having come off the 13 year tasting I knew it had some intense figgy. & jammy sweetness that bordered

crafted from the highest quality malted barley, charcoal mellowed, and twice barreled for a complex taste I don't know if this was intended to be a "Christmas release" but it sure tastes like it could be.

Let's see how this one tastes!

After my tasting with Booker's 2021-02 Tagalong Batch went as well as it did...

The mouthfeel is a bit drying as all 132.2 proof points creep across the taste buds like black treacle

Another taste offers the feeling of sipping around an ashy fire pit surrounded by moss-covered rocks.

Derek Laverriere and I tasted through 3 samples and easily settled on this sweets factory. My notebook from the tasting night was testament to the quality of this sample above the others.

I even won a signed bottle from Joe Beatrice in a blind tasting competition! The pre-sip nose seems to have run it's course, so let's give this a taste. I claim no accuracy to the information in this post, this is just my humble opinion on what I am tasting

Now let's get into some tasting! A swirl turns this glass incredibly bright - similar to the experience I mentioned in the tasting of I definitely was less impressed than my first ever tasting of the 2020.

This is the best opportunity for you - a curious whiskey drinker to taste something along with me without Borage produces a similar smell and taste to a salty cucumber.
