After my tasting with Booker's 2021-02 Tagalong Batch went as well as it did...

I was on the fence about tasting notes but decided to go for it while I had a little bit of time to sit I got my first taste of this in a sample swap myself.

A long chew makes this almost taste like an Irish produced on a pot still. I took a break here to have dinner; tasting notes from here are about 30 minutes of further resting in time, but I fear many will not have the time or patience to allow it to reach the point at which I tasted

I think both have their time & place and I will highlight which stood out for this tasting in particular I dream of the beginning of Fall when I taste this … but then a bead of sweat forms on my forehead as

low proof as the caramel, minty grapefruit and confectioners sugar continue to dance around on the taste My last taste is a larger sip and swish.

I'm correcting that tonight and finally giving this the full tasting it deserves. I have certainly never tasted anything quite like it and revel in my opportunity to enjoy it with good
