Palate: Instant syrupy mouth feel with a dark cherry sweetness that lingers on the top of my tongue. The palate surpasses the nose almost instantly on this one. Palate: Oh my - vanilla zing at the start! Amazing allspice, cardamom and nutmeg.

Palate: On first sip I find candied cherry, red raspberry and strawberry notes.

Palate: Cherry skins transfer perfectly from the nose here. Holy shit. With the troves of butterscotch and vanilla from the nose, the palate does well to not enter a cloying

Palate: Plum and pepper lead the charge on my first sip. There's a calm copper metallic note that sits on the palate gingerly.

Palate: Lemon shaved ice first and foremost. Cherry sundae drizzles. Lovely palate profile, but is lacking somewhat in the linger and finish category.

Palate:  This starts abundantly sweet, favoring a fruity profile, but quickly becomes overrun by black

The fruit sweetness on the palate is lovely.

After the smashing success of the Double Rye against my palate, I've been excited to dive into this one Palate: My first sip tingles the gums with lemon zest, tart plum, sugary peach rings, and milk chocolate

It is layered in, much like the palate, with a mix of dried nuts. Palate: Wow, punchy stone fruit I did not at all find on the nose.

Palate: Thin, but very coating. Hmm. Light milk chocolate and a funny citrus. Whiskey are all my go-to recommendations for people who are new to whiskey and want to experience a palatable
