Palate: Instant prevalent cherry shoots across the tongue. Rating: 4/5 The nose definitely put the palate to shame on this one and that is likely the only reason

Palate is different than the nose. Creamy oak. Fruit is very light in the background.

Palate: Immediately on the palate I find a lovely creamy texture that hits my tongue.

Returning from sipping I begin to find the strawberry tones the palate produced, but layered in with Palate: My first sip is a surprisingly citrus forward for Taylor.

Palate: Woah! That cherry explosion! The delivery of this is intense on a fresh palate. The linger is ridiculous. I obviously have no way of confirming if this indeed came from Willett, but my palate is about 95% confident

Palate: My first sip is zesty with orange peel upfront followed by molasses.

Palate: On first sip I find candied cherry, red raspberry and strawberry notes.

Palate: Cherry skins transfer perfectly from the nose here. Holy shit. With the troves of butterscotch and vanilla from the nose, the palate does well to not enter a cloying

Palate: Instant syrupy mouth feel with a dark cherry sweetness that lingers on the top of my tongue. The palate surpasses the nose almost instantly on this one. Palate: Oh my - vanilla zing at the start! Amazing allspice, cardamom and nutmeg.

Palate:  This starts abundantly sweet, favoring a fruity profile, but quickly becomes overrun by black
