This time I gave it a chance to shine on it own in a neat pour against a fresh palate. Yummy medicinal cherry, creamy palate. Sinking finish stays in back of mouth; nice coating.

I'm incredibly surprised by the dichotomy between the nose and palate here. I think this has more to do with my palate and personal preference changing some towards more sweeter

Palate: Whew! Big spice tingle to start, followed by the creamy caramel and vanilla. definitely drinks above it's age, at least to the 4 year mark, which is usually very hard to do against my palate

Palate: My first sip is zesty with bright cherry, raspberry and expressed lemon peel.
