While I'm glad the spice has faded, there's quite little to take its place other than your classic cherry

A little bit of earthiness and an ever present slight plastic note. A very faint hint of chocolate.

A little bit of honey sweetness. A hint of tannic red grape as well. This took a long time to set up; I'd highly suggest letting this one sit because the beginning of the I'd definitely recommend this to someone maybe looking to dip a toe into the rye category.

Little to no linger. I let this rest a while longer hoping for a better experience.

thinking,  had it not been for Four Roses Small Batch Select , this would have been the bottle that got me hooked I'm in a leather armchair, book in hand, as the light filtering through my window is fading, relaxed I happily share this bottle like I do a favorite book and get just as excited when my dear friends reveal
