Label: New England Barrel Company Whiskey Type: Bourbon Mash Bill Percentages: 70% Corn, 21% Rye, 9% Malted Big spice tingle to start, followed by the creamy caramel and vanilla.

Molasses and confectioners sugar mingle well in a powdery ball. I find grilled english muffin notes that are delectable (melting butter is one of my favorite smells Overall there's a rich malty characteristic that makes the nose feel silky and soft.

Post-sip the nose does not drastically change with more grass, oak and perhaps a touch more malt. Malted popcorn, molasses and cinnamon dart across my tongue and leave a slight copper residue behind.
