A newbie to the art of whiskey and a late comer as I am in my 60's & had never tried Bourbon till recently while vacationing in SE Asia of all places. I usually have a nice craft beer back home in the USA but where I am here in SE Asia the beer is quite terrible. So Sept 2025 I wondered as I usually like craft beers finished in Bourbon casks.... All I can say is I was surprised as I am in some fairly remote areas to find a few bottles such as, Maker's Mark, Buffalo Trace, Woodfords Reserve & Wild Turkey 101 8year (export version)

Well from the first swirl, sniff & taste of the Maker's Mark I was amazed & wondered how did I miss this great treat for so much of my life. Such beautiful aroma, taste, & fascinating history & manufacturing process that I am really enjoying learning about. So you can imagine how happy I was when I found this website.

I can hardly wait to get back to the USA where selection & prices are so much better. Prices here are double due to import taxes & VAT.
