Leather, roasted nuts, chocolate & pepper on nose. Meaty notes are present; vanilla and smoked wood. Creamy almost rum-like flavor hiding out of the depths. Occasionally there is a big punch of brown sugar. Just so rich and complex on nose. Palate is a balanced caramel sweetness mixed well with the dank, proofy leather & wood. Syrupy. Long. Yummy. At all times. The creamy rum notes are more present on palate. Rich, rich, rich! Really enjoyable mouth coating of brown sugar, cinnamon and molasses.
